This dragon was made from wool using a technique called needle felting, which involves a small barbed needle and hours of careful work. She measures approximately four inches high and four and a half inches across. The nest she is wrapped around is made from artificial twigs and the entire sculpture sits on a clay base that is colored to look like natural stone.
